While I was surfing the internet, I found this news and it interested me. This news was about Japanese railway staff was attacked, so they started to train the martial arts to protect themselves.

The statistic by 25 railway stations showed that there were 869 attacks on station staff or train crew in the fiscal year that end in March. Almost attack was happened in the evening and on the weekend. Most of people fought with train crews or other passengers because they got drunk. When they got drunk, they started to argued with train crews or other passengers. That was a source of the problem, so train companies had responded by providing martial arts training for staff. All the staff will learn about how to use restraining equipment, such as long poles with U-shaped. It was designed to pin down suspects.
