Ryoko Yonekura is one of the popular Japanese actress that I recognized her on Japanese television show. She is a great actress. A reason that I chose this news because I wanted to see she takes on the role of Scarlett O'Hara, the main character of "Gone with the Wind" that will play at the Imperial Theater in Tokyo. Producer Toho said the play will celebrate its 100th anniversary. A musical version of "Gone wiht the Wind" was showed once before in 2003 with Mao Daichi acts as Scarlett, but next year will be drama without music. This is the frist time for Yonekura to work with a TOHO dramatic. In the TOHO company has an internal voting for choose someone to act as Scarlett. Yonekura was ranked No.1. In the present, Ryoko Yonekura has many achievement on the stage. She can do well on many stages, espeacially with the Broadway musical "Chicago"
In my opinion, I wanted to see this show once time if I had an opportunity. Because Ryoko is one of my favourite actress and she is a high-quality actress in Japan, so she will makes this show as a well-known show around the world.
