When I saw this news, I think it is a useful news for employees because it warn an employees to learn and improve their languages skill. Reference to the July 16 article "Rakuten's all-English edict a bold move, but risky too" I think many people agree with him because learning English of employees is significant for them to get a better job. First, I agree with him about give staff a time to practice English and staff that can not speak it. In the present, not only English that important, but other languages are important too such as Chinese, Japanese or French.
In my opinion, every companies arond the world should give time to employees to develop thier languages skill. It is a good one step for the future.
